Six extraordinary journeys through Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, and Belize.
For travelers fascinated by the ancient Maya world, archaeology, history, and the cultures of Mesoamerica, the coming months offer six very different opportunities to explore.
From traveling by boat along the Usumacinta River to venturing deep into Guatemala's Petén region, exploring the magnificent ruins of Copán, experiencing the highlands and colonial cities of Guatemala, and crossing Belize in search of ancient Maya cities, each Ko'ox Maya Tours journey offers something different.
Our small-group tours are designed to go beyond the usual tourist routes. Along with some of the great archaeological sites of the Maya world, we seek out lesser-visited ruins, museums, communities, landscapes, and cultural experiences that help tell the larger story of this remarkable region.

Here are our upcoming tours for 2026–2027.
